If you will be away from game more than three (3) days, let a leader know. If you get a black dot, and leaders don't know what's going on with you, YOU WILL BE KICKED.

(The game gives you the black dot after three (3) days off not logging in)

What Being Active Means

In order for us all to keep growing and moving forward, we require ALL players to be TEAM players. A team player contributes on a regular basis by contributing to all active tasks when in the game.

If you don't have items ready to harvest, that's fine! You can contribute by watching the project task video.

However, if you can prepare/plant the items needed in time, please do so. It's extremely important during Guild Tournament (GT) Weeks.

NOTE - When doing the carrots/wheat project, please stay to help with wheat. Carrots/wheat are our biggest GT points and the faster we get them done, the more we can get in!

FAQs

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TASKS TO PREPARE AHEAD FOR?

Before signing off each day, be sure to plant:

Carrots
Feathers
Ground Coffee (GC)
Cotton/Yarn
Iron

WHERE CAN I FIND THE ACTIVE TASK?

Go to the bottom of game toward right and you'll see an icon to click for information on current task. It should be located left of ship icon. If no icon, there's not an active task.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TASK ITEM(S) READY?

When possible, start required task item unless it's over 2+ hours long. Otherwise, watch the Ads offered on the task page.(icon left of ship icon)

WHY ARE GUILD TOURNAMENTS(GT) IMPORTANT?

Guild tournaments and events are what the game is about. The higher we place in tournaments, the bigger the rewards when tournament ends.

WHAT ARE CARGO COUPONS USED FOR?

Save them for Player Tournament (PT) Weeks to help fill your ship and plane cargo Crates when you're low or out of an item. PT is every other week between guild tournaments (GT). The higher you score in these, the more rewards you can win. PT is optional, as it affects only you. Do not waste coupons during GT, instead, request help, there's no reason to rush filling crates during GT.

HOW DO I DONATE GUILD COINS & IS IT REQUIRED?

No, it is not required, however, keep in mind, it helps the entire team so those able to donate, please do. We understand some may not be able to. To donate, go to guild island and click on the guild bank located top left in circle of buildings and the game offers will pop up.

WHY ARE GUILD COINS SO IMPORTANT?

Guild Coins helps your guild upgrade and boost important features for ENTIRE guild. Features available are as follows;

Ad bonuses (this gives us higher Ad bonuses while doing tasks)
Project Contributions (yield higher bonuses for completed tasks)
Loyalty Point Bonus (yield more pink hearts)
Help Limit Bonus (# of helps we are allowed to give daily)
Loyalty Bonus per Help (more pink hearts per help given to teammates)
Guild Member Limit (allows us to add extra slot for higher membership)

NOTE: We leisurely do guild tasks during PT to build free Guild Coins.

HOW CAN I SEE WHEN FELLOW TEAMMATES NEED HELP?

Go to the lighthouse on the guild Island and click on it. There you'll find a list of members. The ones needing help will have a yellow note with red exclimation mark to the right of their name. Click on each note and hit "visit" to take you to their farm. You will see the handshake icon above the airport and/or ship. Click there to see what that member needs. If you can help, please do, as you will get helps too when members have items you may need.

NOTE: By helping, you gain experience, coins, and loyalty points. Also tournament points during PT. We try to use all helps each day when we have the items needed.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CANNOT FIND AN ANSWER HERE OR NEED MORE HELP AND/OR INFORMATION?

Please, always know you can ask anything in the guild chat or Discord. We will never mind helping you.

Tips & Tricks

TIP #1:

During PT, the more happiness you have, the bigger point bonus you'll get for each crate you fill (Market, Planes, Ships). During GT, happiness doesn't matter much. You can store away your decorations and replace them with Level 1 production buildings to help complete guild projects faster

TIP #2:

A good housing tip is to stick to 3 houses until very advanced in game. Instead of using up your valuable spaces and building materials for unneeded housing, focus on upgrading those 3 houses and most importantly, your TOWN HALL for big boost in players & happiness. You will have more spaces now for other items like fields, cow sheds, bakery, Pine Farms etc.. This tip is for all three Islands.

TIP #3:

During GT, always plant Carrots, Cotton/Yarn, Iron, Feathers & Ground Coffee when logging out for the night. The next day, hold them so we can do our tasks for quicker GT points.

TIP #4:

Learn your number of items when they are ready to harvest. You can click on all of your fields & product buildings when they are in the works(not when ready) & it will tell you how many yours produces. These numbers will grow quickly on most items so you'll be updating them frequently as you level them & upgrade. We often ask if members have a certain item & teammates answer with item name & the amount that they have ready for harvest or the item name & how long before they are ready.

TIP #5:

You should ALWAYS have everything on your island producing products/produce you will need. Especially your cow feed & flour(windmill).

TIP #6

For quick money when in a pinch, both goat feed & breakfast sell for good money.
